PrimaCat Grain-free Salmon for all adult cats was born from the desire of cat owners to get a meaty and grain-free cat food on the market. The main ingredient in our entirely grain- and corn-free recipe is fresh, delicious salmon. Feeding a cat is an art form, and we want to provide the best possible help for it - that is why we use fresh fish, which is naturally tempting for cats, in our dry food. Salmon is also an excellent source of omega fatty acids, and its naturally higher omega-3 content balances the food's fatty acid content. Our grain-free salmon flavor food is suitable for all active indoor cats. Grains have been replaced with alternative sources of carbohydrates, which are often suitable also for cats with delicate digestive systems.
Cats must get their energy from well-absorbed animal proteins, which are their most important source of energy. That is why 90% of the proteins in all our dry foods are animal-based. An optimal ratio of proteins and fats takes care of the cat's wellbeing from kitten to senior age. The natural prebiotics in the carefully planned recipe maintain the growth of good-quality intestinal bacteria and support the health of the cat's internal organs and digestion. Added salmon oil, zinc and biotin keep your cat's fur in good condition and nails ready for climbing.
