It is therefore a good idea to let your cat get acquainted with a new food gradually. Start the transition by offering the new food alongside the familiar one. We understand that, despite your best efforts, even the most delicious food does not always suit your cat or appeal to their taste. That is why we make trying PrimaCat products as risk-free as possible and offer a satisfaction guarantee on our foods.
If the product you purchased did not suit your cat or was not to their liking, please carefully complete the Satisfaction Guarantee form and our customer service team will contact you. Remember to attach your proof of purchase.
The Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date shown on the receipt. We will reimburse one package of one product per customer. In other words, if you purchase two Poultry Selection in Sauce multipacks, you may receive compensation for one of them. Please note that our customer service team may request uneaten products for further investigation, so please do not dispose of the product before receiving a response. At least 50% of the product’s original contents must remain (excluding individually purchased small wet food pouches). The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to our large wet food multipack (48 Value Pack).
